We are seeking an experienced Estates Coordinator to join a busy Estate Services team in Norwich.

This role is ideal for a highly organised Estates Coordinator with strong administration, customer service, and reporting experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Estates Coordinator role: Coordinate day-to-day Estate Services activities and contractor support.

Manage contractor payments, purchase orders, and contract variations.

Monitor and report on KPIs, performance data, and compliance.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and service trackers.

Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related queries.

Support audits, health safety reporting, and quality monitoring.

Monitor shared mailboxes and CRM systems to ensure timely responses.

To be considered for the Estates Coordinator role: Previous experience as an Estates Coordinator or similar coordination role.

Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience working to KPIs and tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Housing, estates, property, or facilities management experience is advantageous.
