Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to join a growing, dynamic, and ambitious housebuilder? KC Group are working with a leading housebuilder who have a new requirement for a Management Accountant to join their growing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit & loss and balance sheet
- Analysing and interpreting financial data to provide key insights
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Managing month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Supporting annual financial statements and audits
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
- Managing the fixed asset register and capital expenditure tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience in management accounting (construction experience desirable)
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Xero, Sage, COINS OA preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior management
