An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a leading national healthcare and support services organisation on a temporary basis.

This assignment is to provide cover within the Facilities function during a period of annual leave and will run for approximately six weeks , including a handover period.

The Role As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department while managing a team of seven employees . You will provide leadership, support business continuity, and ensure the smooth running of office and facilities-related activities.

The role offers a flexible working arrangement, with approximately one day per week in the office . Fully remote working may also be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager role:

  • Managing and supporting a team of 7 staff
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinating facilities and administrative activities
  • Ensuring business continuity during a period of absence
  • Supporting stakeholders across the wider business

To be considered for the Office Manager role, you must have:

  • Previous Office Manager experience
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Experience overseeing office operations and administrative functions
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

  • Rate: from Β£23.08 per hour (PAYE)- Β£29.92 per hour (UMB)
  • Contract: Temporary Assignment (Up to 6 Weeks)
