Job Description KC Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading housing organisation for a Technical Case Handler.
This is a full-time temporary role, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week), with the possibility of becoming permanent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer-focused team, managing property-related cases from enquiry through to resolution. You'll act as the main point of contact for customers, working closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities Technical Case Handler:

  • Manage damp & mould, disrepair, and property compliance cases.
  • Provide regular updates and support to customers throughout their journey.
  • Liaise with surveyors, contractors, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Escalate issues and delays where necessary.
  • Support complaint resolution and Housing Ombudsman cases.

To be considered for the Technical Case Handler:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and IT systems.
  • Experience within case management or social housing is desirable.

Key Information Technical Case Handler role:

  • Hourly rate of Β£16.28 per hour.
  • Temporary role with the potential of becoming permanent.
  • Friendly support team and full training provided.
  • Parking onsite.
