Interim Financial Accountant BirminghamOnsite3 Months – OngoingDay Rate: £350–£450 per dayWe are recruiting for a growing business in Birmingham, who require an experienced Financial Accountant on an onsite interim basis to support year-end and statutory accounts.This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for a qualified professional who can hit the ground running and take ownership of key finance processes.Role Responsibilities: Prepare statutory accounts in line with deadlines Manage month-end close, journals, accruals, and provisions Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations Assist with audit preparation and liaise directly with auditors Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify and resolve issues quickly to meet tight deadlines Candidate Requirements: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Proven experience in statutory accounts and month-end close Strong interim or contract experience preferred Confident, autonomous, and delivery-focused Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Contract Details: Location: Birmingham (onsite) Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend) Day Rate: £350–£450 per day Start: Immediate This is an urgent, high-priority contract for a skilled Financial Accountant ready to step in and deliver results from day one.
