Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, the Finance Director will play a pivotal role in driving business performance, supporting strategic decision‑making, and helping deliver the company’s long‑term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls and reporting processes
- Provide commercial and strategic support to the CEO and wider leadership team
- Deliver insightful management information and analysis to support business performance
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes
- Support operational improvements and business efficiencies across the organisation
