We are currently recruiting for a Design Assurance Coordinator to join a fast-paced telecoms programme on an initial 6-month FTC, with strong potential for extension. The role is a hybrid position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, with 2 days onsite per week (based at either their Birmingham or Paddington offices) and offering a day rate of £245 (Inside IR35).
As a Design Assurance Coordinator, you will act as a central point of coordination within a fibre upgrade programme, ensuring the smooth flow of design work, accurate reporting, and alignment between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities of the Design Assurance Coordinator:- Coordinate workflow across the design assurance team and manage incoming workload
- Maintain and update design trackers and reporting data
- Liaise with design partners, internal teams, and build teams to ensure alignment
- Monitor quality trends and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Produce regular reporting on performance and completions
- Support data analysis and continuous improvement of reporting processes
- Experience in a coordination or reporting role within telecoms, fibre, or utilities desirable
- Experience supporting large-scale design or network delivery programmes
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workloads
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Desirable: Knowledge of fibre networks or telecoms design
- Experience working with design or planning teams
