Key Duties for the role of Data Analyst include:
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of business technology systems
- Analyse data and present to management teams
- Liaise with external IT suppliers and manage IT equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
- Manage user accounts during onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain and improve internal systems
- Clean, transform, and analyse data to support decision-making
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of new software solutions
- Provide system training and technical support across the business
Essential Skills & Experience required to be considered for the role of Data Analyst:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in data analysis or IT support
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of computer systems, hardware/software, and network troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Technical and Systems Skills required for the role of Data Analyst:
- Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel - intermediate to advanced)
- Familiarity with Power BI and CRM systems
- IT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
Desirable skills for the role of Data Analyst:
- Experience with Prospect Soft (CRM) or Pegasus Opera (ERP)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Background in the manufacturing industry
- HND or degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Information Systems
