A growing and forward-thinking business is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join its busy Fleet team in Northampton, this is a fully office based role working 7.30am-4.30 Monday to Friday.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, switched-on and keen to learn, with the chance to build valuable experience across all areas of fleet administration.

Duties as a Fleet Administrator will include

  • Managing and maintaining the company vehicle tracking system
  • Handling driver and licence checks and authorisations
  • Keeping vehicle records accurate and up to date
  • Collating month-end reports
  • Supporting insurance claims
  • Processing vehicle fines and driving offences
  • Booking servicing, tyres and vehicle repairs
  • Providing general administrative support to the Fleet team

Experience required as a Fleet Administrator

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to learn quickly and pick up new systems
  • Confidence managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C / 9-4)
