The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and optimising the performance marketing strategy, execution, and investment for Kate Spade New York across Europe. Working closely with Ecommerce, Brand, and regional Marketing teams, the role ensures performance activity is aligned to broader business and brand objectives, while continuously identifying new opportunities to improve efficiency, expand audience reach, and strengthen long‑term digital performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver annual revenue growth targets across all EU regions, while continuously optimising overall marketing performance and efficiency.
- Partner closely with Ecommerce and Brand leadership to prioritise and plan performance marketing activities aligned to broader business goals and regional ecommerce annual plans.
- Manage the annual performance marketing budget, forecasting channel‑level traffic and revenue to deliver ecommerce targets while meeting agreed ROI benchmarks.
- Lead brand relationships with all performance marketing agencies, clearly communicating traffic, revenue, and ROI targets to ensure activity is delivered on time and to plan.
- Drive customer base growth through performance marketing channels, with a focus on increasing online newsletter signups and monitoring subscriber growth.
- Manage the day‑to‑day execution and performance measurement of marketing activity, developing and implementing channel‑specific strategies across SEO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social, and other performance channels.
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of affiliate marketing programmes, including ongoing review of commission rates by partner type, negotiation of tenancy agreements, and programme launches across all target markets.
- Drive SEO performance by managing agency partners and prioritising the delivery of technical, content, and keyword initiatives to accelerate traffic and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with North America teams on the global AEO roadmap and monitor brand visibility across LLM platforms.
- Identify and develop opportunities across existing and emerging channels to improve performance, driving greater cost efficiency and access to new audiences.
- Partner closely with Marketing teams to understand the brand strategy and support the delivery of commercial campaigns.
- Track industry and channel developments, bringing new opportunities, particularly in LLMs/AI and Search, back to the business to enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally within a multi‑market, ecommerce‑led business.
- Hands‑on experience across performance channels including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, and emerging digital channels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Proven experience in budget management and a track record of delivering sales growth.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Solid project management capability, consistently delivering initiatives on time and to plan.
- Highly motivated, confident, and resilient, with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
- Highly analytical, able to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable strategies.
- Strong knowledge of marketing measurement, tracking, and advertising solutions.
