What you'll be doing
You'll support our Contracts Managers and wider Operations team, making sure information flows where it should, deadlines don't slip and projects continue to progress smoothly.
Your day will include
- Managing multiple shared inboxes
- Loading tenders onto Sim Pro and Share Point
- Maintaining project and leads trackers
- Chasing updates and following tasks through to completion
- Requesting supplier quotations
- Supporting procurement and material orders
- Answering incoming calls professionally
- Maintaining accurate records across company systems
- Supporting preparation of tender submissions.
- Maintaining project documentation.
- Supporting contract administration.
You'll receive a structured handover, comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced colleagues, giving you the opportunity to build your knowledge and confidence from day one.
