Key Responsibilities of the Estates Coordinator role
- Coordinate day-to-day Estate Services activities and contractor support.
- Manage contractor payments, purchase orders, and contract variations.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, performance data, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and service trackers.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related queries.
- Support audits, health & safety reporting, and quality monitoring.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and CRM systems to ensure timely responses.
To be considered for the Estates Coordinator role
- Previous experience as an
Estates Coordinator or similar coordination role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience working to KPIs and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
