Katchr is seeking an Engineering Team Lead in Huddersfield to take day-to-day leadership of our growing engineering group.

You will manage engineers, drive delivery, remove blockers and help recruit as we scale our platform.

You will work closely with the CTO to balance speed with structure, champion agile practices, and foster a culture of learning and ownership as we expand.

This role is on-site in Huddersfield with a small, collaborative team.
