Applications are invited for the position of Senior IP Paralegal for candidates with experience in intellectual property prosecution, formalities, docketing, and portfolio management. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with attorneys across patent and trademark matters while supporting high-quality client service, procedural compliance, and operational excellence within an established IP practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing paralegal support across patent and trademark matters
  • Maintaining docketing systems, deadlines, and case records
  • Monitoring docket accuracy and resolving discrepancies
  • Liaising with attorneys, clients, foreign associates, and official bodies
  • Managing renewals, validations, recordals, and official actions
  • Supporting billing administration and fee estimates
  • Preparing online forms and managing electronic filings
  • Reviewing and quality-checking filings and docketing entries

Service Delivery & Process Support:

  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and professional standards
  • Identifying operational risks and process improvement opportunities
  • Supporting the development of precedents and administrative procedures
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure continuity of service
  • Mentoring junior staff and reviewing work quality
  • Leading process improvement initiatives
