This role is responsible for leading the digital transformation across three NHS Trusts: Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership for the digital, data and technology agenda across all sites.
- Modernise and integrate digital systems across the Group.
- Strengthen cybersecurity and digital resilience.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, automation and advanced analytics.
- Reduce digital exclusion and improve access to digital tools for patients and staff.
- Embed data-driven insight and decision-making across clinical and non-clinical services.
- Lead the implementation and benefits realisation of the shared Electronic Patient Record.
- Provide visible system leadership across the BSW Integrated Care System.

Key Qualifications
Essential
- Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Evidence of continuing professional, leadership and management development.
- Significant senior management and leadership experience at Board level within the NHS or a similarly complex organisation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformational change and performance improvement.
- Experience managing large, complex budgets.
- Professional credibility and network developed within the healthcare sector.
Desirable
- Professional qualification in digital technologies, innovation or business transformation.
Contract & Working Pattern
Permanent, full-time flexible working. Travel required between the three sites.
Location
Great Western Hospital, Royal United Hospitals Bath, Salisbury Foundation Trust – travel across the sites required.
