Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
In this role, you will provide hands-on warehouse and logistics support across a variety of client projects.
You will work closely with local management and colleagues to palletise client data, heat-treat and clean media tapes, process geological and geophysical documents, coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate job, tracking, and billing information in the company’s systems.
You will also interact with clients, support occasional courier requirements, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, categorise, and triage geological and geophysical (G&G) documents, applying accurate barcodes for tracking purposes.
- Palletise boxes and client data securely and accurately.
- Perform heat treatment and cleaning of client tape media in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate the media photo booth and ensure images are captured and recorded accurately.
- Scan seismic support documentation, including observer logs, survey notes, and seismic sections.
- Receive and dispatch shipments, ensuring accurate records and appropriate handling.
- Interact professionally with clients and provide responsive operational support.
- Perform manual handling activities and occasional courier duties.
- Manage the interchange of incoming data and outgoing shipments.
- Update the Work Management Tool with accurate comments and billing information for each job.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, clean, and organised workspace.
Skills Required

- Strong computer skills, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) and safely perform manual handling duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Completion of secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent).
- One to two years of warehouse experience.
- Basic knowledge of geological and geophysical data and terminology is preferred.
