What you'll be doing
- Running the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary service
- Leading and supporting the care team to maintain high standards
- Keeping care plans current, tailored, and properly reviewed
- Carrying out audits, spot checks, and compliance monitoring
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals, commissioners, and local authorities
- Managing rotas and safe staffing levels
- Overseeing budgets and resources
- Driving continuous improvement across the service
What we're looking for
- Experience managing or supervising in a care setting
- Solid grasp of compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Level 5 Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Useful but not essential: Local authority relationship management, tender writing or contract experience, track record supporting service growth
Package
- £46,000 - £52,000 depending on experience
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
