My client is looking for a Customer Support Specialist, to join their dedicated and hard working Customer Service Team on a full time basis. My client is looking for someone who pays attention to detail, enjoys working in fast paced environments and likes to be part of a successful team. This role offers hybrid working after a training period. Duties and Areas of Responsibilities: * Maintains and updates general customer data and pricing in the operating system. * Manages and enters orders daily. * Resolves any customer problems or complaints in a timely manner. * Provide quotations to customers. * Handles freight quotes. * Handles daily invoicing. * Manages intercompany orders (communication with sister companies about orders) * Works closely together with Production, Sales, Accounting and Shipping departments. * Knowledge, Skills, Abilities * Excellent interpersonal skills * Highly organized and disciplined. * Ability to work in a very fast-paced multi-cultural environment. * Strong client-facing and communication skills * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. * Hands-on mentality * Excellent work ethic and a strong sense of urgency. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal skills in English. German, French, Spanish or any other language, is an added advantage
