My client within the Garden Retail industry, are looking to recruit a Brand & Insights Manager, to join ther team on a remote basis, with travel to HQ for important meetings. A guardian of the brand, managing partnerships, utilising insight and taking the brand forward. A commercially focused role, you will inspire insight-led decision making through understanding our customers better than anyone and utilising multiple sources of data to identify, size and prioritise growth opportunities. You will use this insight to build, shape and manage the brand activation. Role responsibilities: * You’ll be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative research across multiple business areas with a focus on stakeholder engagement and influencing * Design and lead qualitative and quantitative research methodologies * Manage, analyse, interpret and present data to create actionable insights * Align with individual business areas to help them shape their insight needs – this will include restaurant, buying and customer teams. You’ll work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, market trends and opportunities * You’ll also work on specific customer experience projects that will help Dobbies champion customer first in-store and online * Identify new opportunities for improvement, based on market trends and customer insights by conducting trend analysis, considering the full customer experience of range, store experience and service * Combine data analytics with quantitative and qualitative research * Track and analyse campaign/project performance * Manage agency and supplier relations with strong relationships * Manage the creative development and production for integrated multi-channel campaigns including but not limited to Spring, Christmas, and calendar events * Manage brand marketing budgets, including planning, tracking and reporting * Conduct competitor reviews and insight and communicate the findings with the wider team and/or business where relevant * Manage the seasonal theme development process ensuring cross functional representation resulting in commercial and customer focussed business themes * Be the brand guardian for the business – ensuring the brand guidelines are up to date and that the wider HO and store teams understand how to work to the guidelines * Support the marketing and wider business teams in how they use brand assets and ensure that the brand guidelines are always adhered to * Develop and manage our brand visual language, TOV and messaging – ensuring it is on brand, commercial and relevant for our target customers * Manage brand partnerships and sponsorship activity If you have any questions around the role, please contact keiKeith at KAT Recruitment on (phone number removed)
