This bespoke manufacturing business is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to support the Operations Manager and the buying team. We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join their dynamic team as a Supply Chain Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, grow, and develop their career in the world of supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Scheduling: Efficiently schedule jobs and tasks onto Sage 200, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Procurement Support: Assist the procurement team with administrative tasks such as checking and processing invoices, ensuring quantities and prices match purchase orders.
- Invoice Management: Attach invoices to Sage 200 and ensure proper records are maintained.
- New Product Development Support: Assist with market research, pricing analysis, and sourcing suppliers for new products.
- Product Code Management: Ensure new product codes are set up correctly in the system.
- Market Analysis: Conduct analysis of market trends, supplier pricing, and potential opportunities for product development.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin (desirable, not essential).
