Kasmir Associates are recruiting for this fast-growing property management company established in 2015,. The company currently manages a portfolio of over mid to 1000 residential and HMO properties across London and its outskirts. The business prides themselves on strong community values, an in-house team, and deep expertise in the lettings and temporary accommodation sector. We are now looking for a Lettings Manager to join their dynamic team and play a key role in placing tenants, liaising with councils, and ensuring our properties are let efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full lettings process from start to finish * Conduct property viewings and tenant interviews * Carry out referencing and credit checks * Liaise directly with local councils and charities and other organisations, adverts and word of mouth * Prepare tenancy agreements and coordinate all paperwork * Ensure properties are ready for letting * Advertise available properties across relevant platforms * Respond to tenant and council enquiries promptly * Support the Guaranteed Rent and Temporary Accommodation department * Maintain accurate records and compliance * Occasional visit to properties What We\’re Looking For * Experience in HMO and DSS lettings, particularly in temporary accommodation or supported living schemes preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task and work under pressure * Confident in dealing with councils and charitable housing partners * Experience with credit checks, referencing, and tenant interviews (essential) * Comfortable working 50% in-office and 50% visiting properties, which can change daily * Knowledge of guaranteed rent and temporary accommodation lettings a strong advantage What’s on offer: * Salary: £27,000 – £45,000 depending on experience * Monthly commission * Holidays: 20 days + 8 bank holidays * Free parking
