We are an InsurTech business working with some of Europe's largest and most innovative insurers, combining technology, regulatory expertise, and deep insurance know-how to help clients build, launch, and grow. In addition to our platform and technology solutions, a key part of our work is helping non-European insurance intermediaries access the German and wider EU/EEA market. We support clients with local establishment, licensing, regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and the practical steps required to successfully launch and scale in Europe. This is a fast-growing area of our business, bringing together insurance, compliance, operations, and client advisory work. The person joining us will play an important role in supporting these market-entry projects, working closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to help ensure a smooth, compliant, and successful path into the European market.

Our team is a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds in insurance, tech, humanities, and beyond - and we believe that variety is our strength. We're collaborative, ambitious, always curious, and increasingly excited about what AI makes possible. Now, we are looking for a new team member to join our journey!

As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you'll join our EU Market Entry team, working on the ground with MGAs, agents and brokers as they establish regulated entities across the EU. You'll guide clients through compliance requirements, help identify where our services can add further value, and collaborate closely with senior leadership — including our CEO, CFO, and Legal & Compliance Lead. This is a rare opportunity for an early-career professional to gain immediate exposure to complex, cross-border regulatory work and real client relationships from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Support clients through the establishment of cross-border insurance intermediation entities, and provide continuous assistance post-setup to ensure their ongoing compliance needs are met.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their account status.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client onboarding and ongoing support activities, including entity setup documents and contracts.
  • Deliver hands-on support to our CEO, CFO, and Legal & Compliance Lead across live client work and internal priorities.
  • Coordinate with clients and German accountants on annual accounts, payroll, and other accounting matters.
  • Contribute to sales campaigns and outreach efforts to help bring in new clients.
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks as the business needs.

If you're looking for a position where you'll build real expertise fast, this is it — working directly with senior stakeholders and international clients from day one, you'll see the impact of your work immediately rather than from the sidelines.

About You:

  • Fluent in English & German (written and spoken).
  • University degree in Business, Law, or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience — we're open to strong graduates as well as those with some experience under their belt.
  • Curious and proactive — you take ownership rather than waiting to be told.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in everything you put your name to.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and managing your own time.
  • Eager to keep learning and growing in a fast-moving environment.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a sense of humour.

We Offer:

  • A collaborative, international working environment.
  • A unique opportunity to build hands-on compliance expertise across insurance, technology, and regulation in a fast-growing European InsurTech business.
  • The opportunity to be part of a company intentionally building towards an AI-first way of working.
  • An attractive salary package.
  • Stock options, so you share directly in KASKO’s long-term success.
  • Unlimited holiday - you own your time off.
  • Flexible working hours and the freedom to work from anywhere in the UK or Germany.
