We address the inefficiencies of fragmented tools and multiple subscriptions by offering a seamless solution that integrates company formation, banking, invoicing, client management, website building, and more.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our Managing Director in a rapidly scaling business. This role is akin to a Chief of Staff and requires a proactive, strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills. This position is targeted towards a young, driven professional who is looking to turbocharge their career and be exposed to all aspects of running a business. Ideally, the candidate has one or two years of experience and has completed a graduate program at a bank, a consulting firm, a technology firm or similar.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Research strategic projects and initiatives, finding relevant data sources, analyzing data, summarizing and presenting findings in a logical way and providing recommendations to the Managing Director.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the Managing Director.
  • Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and other executives, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the Managing Director's schedule, including meetings, travel, and events.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that may be required from time to time in order to ensure timely delivery of timelines and targets.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or a related field.
  • One or two years of professional experience in a SaaS company, a fintech, a bank or professional services company.
  • Completion of a graduate program at a bank, a consulting firm, a technology firm or similar.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using AI tools to increase productivity.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
