Key Responsibilities:
- Support and drive strategic and operational initiatives by developing data‑driven insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across international markets.
- Apply AI‑enabled analytics and advanced techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, segmentation, automation) to enhance decision‑making, forecasting accuracy, and GTM effectiveness.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) and global counterparts to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable outputs.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking tools, incorporating automation and AI where appropriate.
- Support pipeline analysis, forecasting, and strategic assessment of performance and optimization opportunities (e.g., renewals, churn risk), identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across regions.
- Lead or support project workstreams as needed, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership, through structured presentations and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, GTM operations, or similar roles within a SaaS or B2B technology organization.
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models; familiarity with B2B software strongly preferred.
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to work across multiple data sources; advanced Excel required.
- Experience using reporting, visualization, or analytics tools to deliver business insights (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Thinkcell).
- Demonstrated experience applying AI / machine learning tools or techniques in a business context (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, automation, or insight generation).
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to apply a quantitative lens to strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and work collaboratively across functions.
