Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long‑term business success.
As the EMEA Events Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and performance of Kaseya's regional event portfolio across EMEA. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on logistics, loves creating memorable experiences, and can hit the ground running. You'll inherit a well‑established events programme and be trusted to deliver it to the same high standard our MSP partner community expects.
You will be the driving force behind in‑person regional events. This role reports into the EMEA Channel & Field Marketing team and works closely with Sales, other marketing functions, and the broader global events function.
What You'll Do
- Own the EMEA events calendar across all three event formats, ensuring strong regional coverage across markets including DACH, Benelux, Nordics, and UKI.
- Develop event briefs, run‑of‑show documents, budgets, and post‑event performance reports for every event.
- Work with regional sales and partner teams to align event programming with attendance goals and partner engagement priorities.
- Manage all logistical elements end‑to‑end: venue sourcing and contracting, supplier management, AV and production, catering, attendee registration, and on‑site coordination.
- For technical roadshows, coordinate content development with technical subject matter experts, ensuring sessions are practitioner‑focused, hands‑on, and free from any sales or commercial messaging.
- For hospitality events, manage guest lists, invitations, and on‑the‑day experience to deliver polished, relationship‑first engagements.
- Drive attendance through targeted outreach in collaboration with NCA & CSX Marketing, Account Managers and Account Executives.
- Craft compelling event communications including save‑the‑dates, invitations, pre‑event briefings, and follow‑up sequences.
- Ensure every event creates a welcoming, community‑driven atmosphere that reflects Kaseya's commitment to the Partner ecosystem.
- Track and report on key event metrics including attendance rates, cost per attendee, pipeline influenced, closed won opportunities within 90 days, partner satisfaction scores.
- Conduct structured post‑event reviews and use insights to continuously improve the event programme.
- Manage event budgets with accuracy and accountability, ensuring strong ROI across the portfolio.
Experience What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a closely related role, ideally within the technology, SaaS, or channel/partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously across different markets and formats.
- Experience working with or for MSPs, IT channel organisations, or technology vendors is a strong advantage.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage complex logistics across multiple locations and time zones.
- Strong communicator who can build relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and partner contacts at all levels.
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to event formats and attendee experiences.
- Commercially minded, you understand how events connect to pipeline and partner loyalty, not just headcount.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, distributed team environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA for event delivery.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MSP business models, IT management toolsets, or cybersecurity concepts.
- Proficiency in project management platforms (Asana, Wrike), CRM tools (Salesforce), and marketing automation.
What We Offer
- A high‑visibility role with real ownership and autonomy over a growing events portfolio.
- The opportunity to work at the heart of the MSP community across multiple European markets.
- A collaborative, high‑energy team that moves fast and celebrates results.
- Regular travel across EMEA.
