Develop detailed, structured training plans, lesson materials, and resources tailored to pre‑employability contents including:

Coordinate with project teams to ensure training content aligns with project objectives and labour market needs. Support trainees in developing action plans for job search and professional growth. Conduct interactive workshops, hands‑on sessions, case studies, and simulations to foster engagement and maximise learning outcomes. Update training curriculum based on emerging employment trends and participant feedback. Support the project team in preparing final reports, including lessons learned and recommendations for future interventions. Monitor and report on the participants' progress, success stories, and challenges. Conduct pre‑ and post‑training assessments to measure knowledge and skills gained. Orient trainees on freelancing and how they work as freelancers using international freelancing platforms. Provide one‑on‑one mentorship, offering constructive feedback, guidance, and actionable advice to help trainees improve their pre‑employability performance. Assist participants in applying learned skills to real‑world assignments such as job searching and networking techniques and job interviews. Continuously assess the progress and performance of trainees through simulations, tests, role play, and feedback sessions. Maintain detailed records of trainees' achievements, performance metrics, and development over the course of the program. Provide reports on trainee progress, program effectiveness, and areas for improvement.

Qualification Job Requirement

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in similar training conduction.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, inspire, and motivate learners.
  • Previous experience in adult education, training, or mentorship is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge and practical familiarity with freelancing platforms.
  • A passion for empowering others, fostering entrepreneurial mindsets, and supporting long‑term career success.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English along with working knowledge of Dari/Pashto.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to conduct 4.5 hours training per day.
  • Willingness to collaborate with the program team and other stakeholders to refine and enhance training delivery, ensuring it meets industry standards and trainee needs.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team‑oriented environment, ensuring that program goals are met effectively and efficiently.
