Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education:

Experience:
- Proven experience (minimum 1–2 years) as a trainer, training facilitator, or instructor, with demonstrated experience in freelancing, electronic work, or e‑commerce. Prior experience as a freelancing trainer is highly desirable.
- Strong, in‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience with multiple freelancing platforms and their operational dynamics, along with practical experience in the relevant training subject.
- Experience working with youth, NGOs, INGOs, or development projects is an asset.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to deliver participatory and learner‑centered training.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for popular freelancing niches, including but not limited to graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), web development tools, and project management platforms.
