The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing and managing integrated marketing strategies across the Group's portfolio including Umrah & Islamic Travel, Leisure Travel and Beauty brands. The role requires a strong design and creative background to ensure high-quality visual storytelling, brand consistency, and effective campaign execution across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and visual standards across all business units.
- Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and promotional campaigns.
- Umrah & Travel Marketing
- Promote Umrah, Islamic and leisure travel packages through compelling visual and written content.
- Translate itineraries, religious narratives, and travel experiences into engaging marketing materials.
- Support sales teams with lead-generation campaigns and promotional assets.
- Beauty Salon Marketing
- Drive customer acquisition and retention for salon services and beauty retail.
- Design and execute promotions, loyalty campaigns, and in-store marketing materials.
- Support product launches, visual merchandising, and outlet-level activations.
- Design, Digital & Content Management
- Lead visual direction for marketing content, ensuring professional design standards.
- Oversee social media, website content, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Work hands-on or guide designers on creatives including posters, videos, brochures, and POS materials.
- Track digital performance metrics and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Campaign Planning & Reporting
- Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor ROI, engagement, and sales impact.
- Prepare regular performance reports for Management.
- Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and coordinate marketing executives, designers, and external vendors.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to ensure alignment.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Strong background in design, visual communication, or creative direction.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and content platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, Umrah/Hajj or beauty industries is an advantage.
