Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Track Artist to create ultra-realistic karting circuits. You will transform real-world circuits into high-fidelity digital environments, ensuring accuracy in both visual detail and driving experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, optimised 3D environments
- Build accurate track models using LiDAR data
- Develop terrain, kerbs, barriers, and environments
- Ensure visual and physical accuracy
- Optimise assets for real-time simulation
- Collaborate with physics and development teams
- Implement materials, textures, and lighting
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in 3ds Max (or similar) and substance painter
- Environment/track creation background
- Experience with LiDAR or real-world data
- Understanding of real-time optimisation
- Knowledge of PBR workflows
Desirable Skills
- Rfactor2 or GO DOT game engine experience
- Photogrammetry knowledge
- Motorsport simulation experience
