Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Track Artist to create ultra-realistic karting circuits. You will transform real-world circuits into high-fidelity digital environments, ensuring accuracy in both visual detail and driving experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, optimised 3D environments
  • Build accurate track models using LiDAR data
  • Develop terrain, kerbs, barriers, and environments
  • Ensure visual and physical accuracy
  • Optimise assets for real-time simulation
  • Collaborate with physics and development teams
  • Implement materials, textures, and lighting

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in 3ds Max (or similar) and substance painter
  • Environment/track creation background
  • Experience with LiDAR or real-world data
  • Understanding of real-time optimisation
  • Knowledge of PBR workflows

Desirable Skills

  • Rfactor2 or GO DOT game engine experience
  • Photogrammetry knowledge
  • Motorsport simulation experience
