We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Client & Product Solution Team (CPS). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Primary responsibilities:- Supporting full range of marketing activities including fundraising, client communications, sales and client due diligence.
- Participation in investor meetings to take on further responsibilities.
- Supporting Partners in all aspects of investor relations, with emphasis on creating, drafting and editing external financial communication materials (RFP, pitchbook, PPM, reporting, presentations, road show materials).
- New business and client development.
- Develop and oversee the Institutional LP program, focusing on strengthening relationships with institutional investors and effectively communicating the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the Director of Institutional Fundraising to actively contribute to the CPS strategy and the creation of business plans for capital raising.
- Conduct research on financial trends to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute by example to foster a culture of excellence, guiding the firm toward achieving its strategic goals.
- Enhance brand recognition among institutional investors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work with client-facing teams and directly with investors, within the private debt, private equity sector.
- Proven experience working on Private Placement Memorandum/Offering Memorandum and Due Diligence Questionnaires.
- An interest into documenting workflows, policies and procedures.
- Flawless written and verbal English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and client management systems.
