The Opportunity
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will lead the income function, ensuring strong performance across rent collection and arrears management while supporting wider organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the income service, including managers and wider teams
- Drive rent collection performance and implement effective arrears reduction strategies
- Review and improve processes, policies, and service delivery
- Provide strong leadership, coaching, and direction to the team
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation
About You:
- Proven experience operating at Head of Income level (or equivalent) within housing
- Strong background in income management, rent collection, and arrears recovery
- A confident leader with experience managing large teams
- Able to quickly assess, stabilise, and improve service performance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced interim environment
