Karter Thomas Recruitment is recruiting for a Team Manager (Supported Housing) on behalf of a housing support provider who helps their clients to live as independently as possible across Oxfordshire.
The Role
You will lead and line-manage Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, personalised support is delivered in line with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers
- Ensure person-centred support, care planning, and risk assessments
- Promote safeguarding, quality, and compliance (including CQC standards)
- Deliver effective recruitment, inductions, supervision, and rota planning
- Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
- Support service performance, audits, and budgets
About You
- Access to transport with a valid UK driving license
- Confident people manager with strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, person-centred practice, and GDPR
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to undertake)
Desirable:
- Management experience in supported living or similar settings
- Knowledge of CQC requirements
