Karter Thomas Recruitment is recruiting for a Team Manager (Supported Housing) on behalf of a housing support provider who helps their clients to live as independently as possible across Oxfordshire.

The Role

You will lead and line-manage Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, personalised support is delivered in line with regulatory and safeguarding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers
  • Ensure person-centred support, care planning, and risk assessments
  • Promote safeguarding, quality, and compliance (including CQC standards)
  • Deliver effective recruitment, inductions, supervision, and rota planning
  • Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionals
  • Support service performance, audits, and budgets

About You

  • Access to transport with a valid UK driving license
  • Confident people manager with strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, person-centred practice, and GDPR
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to undertake)

Desirable:

  • Management experience in supported living or similar settings
  • Knowledge of CQC requirements
