We are currently recruiting for two experienced Third Party Managing Agent Officers to join a well-established housing Association on a temporary contract for 2 months, with strong potential for permanent opportunities thereafter. This is an excellent opportunity for housing professionals with experience managing relationships with third party managing agents and a solid understanding of leasehold and service charge management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and responding to TPMA emails, correspondence, and resident queries
  • Monitoring managing agent performance and escalating concerns where necessary
  • Investigating and responding to Stage 1 complaints in line with policy and procedures
  • Reviewing and challenging service charge and managing agent costs
  • Raising purchase orders relating to service charge and TPMA fees
  • Liaising with residents, neighbourhood colleagues, and external managing agents
  • Supporting the wider housing management function

About You

To be considered, you should have:

  • Previous experience working with third party managing agents
  • Housing management experience or a strong understanding of the sector
  • Good knowledge of leases, management agreements, and service level agreements
  • Experience dealing with service charges and challenging costs where appropriate
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage workloads independently and prioritise effectively

Experience using NEC, MRI Communications, or Epost would be advantageous, although training can be provided.

Contract Details

  • 35 hours per week
  • Flexible working hours between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

Onsite parking is available at both locations. There will be an initial office-based induction period, after which hybrid working arrangements can be discussed.
