We’re partnering with a forward-thinking Housing Provider in West London to find a Senior Financial Inclusion Advisor who will play a key role in supporting residents and shaping financial inclusion services.
The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing expert advice on welfare benefits and financial support options
- Handling complex benefit cases, including appeals and tribunal representation
- Leading financial inclusion initiatives and campaigns
- Supporting front-line teams with training and up-to-date legislative guidance
- Working closely with external partners (e.g. DWP, local authorities, support agencies)
- Analysing performance data to improve rent collection and customer outcomes
- Supporting customers with grant applications and financial assistance
- Enhancing digital resources and customer support materials
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role
- Strong knowledge of welfare benefits and financial support systems
- Confidence using CRM systems and data to drive improvements
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage complex cases with empathy and professionalism
