We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a busy Property Services team on a 3 month temporary assignment, overseeing the delivery and performance management of responsive repairs, voids, and planned works contracts. This role is ideal for a professional with strong repairs and maintenance operational knowledge, excellent contractor management skills, and the ability to drive service quality and value for money from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day to day contract management of repairs, voids and planned maintenance providers.
- Monitor contractor KPIs including quality, timeliness, customer satisfaction and cost control.
- Ensure all works meet required standards, contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Surveyors, Property Officers and external suppliers to resolve issues and improve performance.
- Manage contractor meetings, performance reviews and escalation processes.
- Support the delivery of void properties ensuring high-quality, cost efficient and timely turnaround.
- Review, analyse and report on contract performance data, identifying risks and opportunities.
