Our client, a respected social housing provider, is seeking a Temporary Housing Administrator to support a busy team with a backlog of former tenant recharge cases.
This is a varied administrative role where you'll work closely with housing colleagues to help review former tenant accounts, collate case information, support debt recovery assessments and assist with responding to disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support relating to former tenant recharge cases.
- Working with housing teams to gather and maintain accurate case information.
- Assisting with the assessment of debt recovery cases and the proportionality of collection activity.
- Collating documentation and evidence to support responses to disputed charges.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating housing management systems.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
About You
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with internal stakeholders and handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience within social housing, local government or a similar environment would be advantageous.
