- Loading and offloading of trucks.
- Complete arrival sheet for all trucks arriving on site.
- Complete outloading sheet for trucks collecting stock.
- Ensure that all incoming product is scanned in and controlled correctly.
- Carry out daily stock counts, checks and control of stock.
- Ensure that all products are relevant to customer specifications.
- Collate EDI orders onto the relevant paperwork.
- Ensure that all paperwork and forms are completed correctly and filed on a daily basis.
- Monitor and record temperatures.
- Update the Prophet system when receiving and despatching of product and report discrepancies.
- Ensure that all pick notes are completed on the RDT scan guns.
- Complete all load building on Prophet and complete all ASN’s and apply.
- Report any offensive or malicious behaviour to the management.
- Report any damage to the MHE.
- Support both Packhouse and Packaging departments when needed.
- Book transport for daily orders.
- Help manage waste and broken pallets.
- Empty waste bins.
- Lock site and activate alarm after every shift.
- Any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to the needs of the business.
