An exciting opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery, delivering high-quality care and inspiring early years learning experiences in a supportive, professional team.

Salary: £28,292 per annum + benefits

Working Hours & Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts are worked across the nursery’s operating hours with a rota in place and scheduled breaks during the day.
The Role: This is a rewarding position for a nurturing and reliable Nursery Practitioner who enjoys supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a high-quality early years environment. You’ll be part of a warm, collaborative team, creating engaging, play-based experiences that build confidence, curiosity and school readiness. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and early education tailored to each child’s age and stage of development
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support learning across the EYFS
- Observe, assess and record progress, contributing to learning journeys and next steps
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates and supporting home learning
- Prioritise safeguarding at all times, following policies and reporting procedures
- Maintain excellent standards of health & safety, hygiene and food safety, supporting daily room organisation
Requirements:
- A relevant, up-to-date Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience in a nursery, preschool or early years setting
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship required)
- Good understanding of the EYFS and child development, with a child-centred approach
- Calm, patient and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for early years education
- Strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, inclusion and high standards of care
- Willingness to complete further training/CPD to support continuous improvement
