We are delighted to be representing a well-known London HQ'd Legal Consultancy who are looking to appoint a Proposal and Bids Specialist on an initial 9-12 month fixed term contract.
Working in a nicely balanced marketing and business development team, and reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Proposal and Bids Specialist will be responsible for increasing the overall "win rate" of proposals, bids and tenders across the business.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience within proposals, bids and/or pursuits development experience gained in a professional services environment. Prior experience and understanding of AI and technology tools to improve bid and tender efficiencies is highly desirable. Prior experience of working with senior partner level stakeholders and the ability to influence would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of new and ongoing proposals while making best use of proposal management tools at their disposal. Hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office.
