Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To support and empower vulnerable people to live the life they have chosen for themselves
  • To provide age appropriate & dignified support consistent with individual choices and aspirations
  • To provide personal care where required, in accordance with current best practices
  • To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake training
  • Assist with preparing rotas
  • Provide support and mentoring for domiciliary support workers

Job Requirements:

  • Level 2 Health and Social Care Qualification (essential)
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification (desirable)
  • Experience in Health and Social Care
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Committed to positively impacting the lives of the vulnerable people we support
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach to work and a good team worker
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and have regular access to a car
  • Willingness to provide personal care when required
