Karrek Lifestyles is seeking someone with drive and passion to join our team as an Acute Complex Care Support Worker. For this role, we require at least 2 years' experience in complex/mental health/acute environments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To support and empower vulnerable people to live the life they have chosen for themselves.
  • To provide age appropriate & dignified support consistent with individual choices and aspirations.
  • To provide personal care in accordance with current best practices.
  • To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake training.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in complex/mental health/acute environments (essential)
  • Highly motivated and driven
