Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To support and empower vulnerable people to live the life they have chosen for themselves
- To provide age appropriate & dignified support consistent with individual choices and aspirations
- To provide personal care where required, in accordance with current best practices
- To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake training
- Assist with preparing rotas
- Provide support and mentoring for domiciliary support workers
Job Requirements:
- Level 2 Health and Social Care Qualification (essential)
- Level 3 Health and Social Care Qualification (desirable)
- Experience in Health and Social Care
- Highly motivated and driven
- Committed to positively impacting the lives of the vulnerable people we support
- Good interpersonal skills
- A flexible approach to work and a good team worker
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have regular access to a car
- Willingness to provide personal care when required
