Karrek Lifestyles is seeking someone with drive and passion to join our team as an Acute Complex Care Support Worker. For this role, we require at least 2 years\’ experience in complex/mental health/acute environments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To support and empower vulnerable people to live the life they have chosen for themselves.

To provide age appropriate & dignified support consistent with individual choices and aspirations.

To provide personal care in accordance with current best practices.

To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake training.

Job Requirements:

2 years\’ experience in complex/mental health/acute environments (essential)

Highly motivated and driven

Committed to positively impacting the lives of the vulnerable people we support

Good interpersonal skills

A flexible approach to work and a good team worker

Willingness to provide personal care when required
