Karrek Lifestyles is seeking someone with drive and passion to join our team as a Complex Care Support Worker.
For this role, we require at least 2 years' experience in complex/mental health/acute environments.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To support and empower vulnerable individual with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour to live the life they have chosen for themselves.
To provide age appropriate & dignified support consistent with individual choices and aspirations.
To provide personal care in accordance with current best practices.
To maintain care skills at a current level and undertake training.
Job Requirements
- 2 years' experience in complex/mental health/acute environments (preferred)
- Highly motivated and driven
- Committed to positively impacting the lives of the vulnerable people we support
- Good interpersonal skills
- A flexible approach to work and a good team worker
- Willingness to provide personal care when required
