We're currently looking for a Finance Business Partner - VMS (Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements) for our office in Maidenhead.

What you'll be doing
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to senior stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, and operations, influencing key decisions with commercial insight
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of the P&L related to supplier costs, materials, and third‑party manufacturing
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, using driver‑based models to steer performance
- Play a key role in the S&OP process, translating demand and supply plans into financial outcomes and challenging assumptions
- Drive working capital improvements, with a strong focus on inventory, cash, and supplier management
- Deliver forward‑looking insights and performance analysis, shifting from reporting to actionable recommendations
- Ensure strong financial control and accurate month‑end close, including variance analysis and governance
- Lead process improvements and transformation initiatives, enhancing reporting, systems, and ways of working
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering / Controlling, ideally within FMCG, consumer healthcare, or other fast‑paced environments
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to translate data into business actions
- Experience with forecasting, planning, and scenario analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with BI tools and data analysis
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge, influence, and collaborate at senior level
- Hands‑on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impact
