What you\’ll be doing
- Own and deliver eCommerce financial targets for the Karo portfolio, excluding Amazon.
- Drive high-impact partnerships with key customer stakeholders across functions (buying, category management, supply chain).
- Lead content excellence, ensuring rapid adoption of A+ content, SEO optimization, ratings and reviews, and best-in-class digital shelf execution.
- Secure new listings and drive innovation adoption across pure-play eRetailers.
- Open new doors, build and manage partnerships with new ePharmacy and pure-play customers to boost digital performance.
- Manage core platforms (e.g. PIM, Brandbank, and tracking tools) to enhance visibility, conversion, and internal digital shelf understanding.
- Lead and evaluate media and promotional activities to maximize ROI.
- Own the full P&L delivery, from net sales to gross profit, aligned with annual targets.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company standards.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Degree educated
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience in FMCG or fast-moving sectors
- Proven ability to grow sales through digital channels and eCommerce levers
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of P&L dynamics and how to influence them
- Comfortable with category analysis and commercial insights
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in the Health and Beauty Care sector
- Exposure to traditional retail account management (Grocery, High Street, Pharmacy, Discounters)
