What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to Marketing, providing clear financial insight to support strategic decision-making
- Drive performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, including pricing, RGM and P&L management
- Partner on innovation projects, building robust business cases aligned with group strategy and financial targets
- Help design and apply strong financial gating processes to ensure high-quality innovation decisions
- Track innovation performance, including cannibalisation and post-launch results
- Lead financial input into 3-year brand plans, ensuring commercial rigour and actionable insights
- Own Marketing Mix Modelling analysis and performance tracking
- Work with Marketing teams to optimise spend, identify efficiencies and drive savings
- Deliver monthly and quarterly performance analysis, turning data into clear actions
- Support market performance analysis and ensure insights are shared across local markets
- Develop and enhance BI solutions to strengthen marketing and commercial insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc business cases and projects
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- 5+ years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering, ideally within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare or other fast-moving environments
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and performance management
- Advanced Excel skills and strong capability with BI and digital analytics tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven, hands-on environment
- Confident communicator, able to influence and challenge stakeholders
- Fluent in English
