We're currently looking for a Business Analyst for our office in Maidenhead (UK).

What you'll be doing
- Translate Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Sales needs into clear analytical requirements, KPIs and functional specifications
- Design, build and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards, reports and data models to drive pricing, promotion and assortment decisions
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to connect front-end analytics with our Databricks Data Lakehouse
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations stakeholders across markets to turn data into actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and quality, test solutions and drive user adoption in an international environment
- Contribute to broader commercial and performance analytics initiatives as the function grows
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics or similar roles within FMCG, consumer healthcare, retail or other fast-paced, commercially driven environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard development, visualization best practices)
- Solid understanding of Revenue Growth Management, Sales analytics and commercial performance metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally across markets with senior Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations and IT stakeholders
- Good knowledge of data modelling concepts, Power Query and data governance, with hands-on working ability in Databricks and SQL
- Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
