We are currently looking for a D2C eCommerce Manager for our office in Maidenhead.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translating a brand's mission, purpose, and strategy to a DtC eCommerce strategy within an omni-channel setting.
- Leading the commercial activities and working closely with the in-house brand, creative content, performance marketing, and development teams to execute them in a pixel perfect way.
- Owning & analyzing the DtC P&L, and defining actions to optimize gross margin, A&P spend and contribution margins.
- Analyzing the e-commerce performance, breaking this down to the multi-channel (advertising) campaigns, and identifying the right action points for further optimizations to grow the brand and maximize ROI.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth and bringing this to action in collaboration with the in-house teams.
- Defining and optimizing customer acquisition and CLTV strategies.
- Having ownership in your role, end-to-end impact on the business and the brand, and short decision lines allowing us to work agile and quickly adapt to new trends & tactics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar DtC eCommerce Manager role.
- You have a background in paid social media, SEM & e-mail marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Having a brand marketing background is a plus.
- You are naturally analytical, data-driven, and able to extract the right learnings out of tons of data from different data points.
- You are an entrepreneur with a no-nonsense and can-do mentality.
- You are not afraid to take initiative and to investigate new tactics that seem interesting to you.
- You are not afraid of targets. On the contrary, targets motivate you and stimulate you to give the best of yourself.
- As an excellent project manager, you know how to coordinate the execution of a strategy with an in-house team of brand, creative content, and performance marketers, in order to deliver projects and campaigns on time and to the highest standards.
